    I'm grateful for the compassionate, professional care my mom received-attentive nurses, gentle CNAs, a supportive social worker, and prompt handling of meds and equipment. Communication was clear and frequent, the team was proactive with medical guidance, and they honored our faith and dignity while making transitions easier. Overall I'm very satisfied, with just a little room for improvement.
