R & R Home Health Care

    Compassionate skilled in-home care, recommended

I hired them for in-home care and was very impressed by the compassionate, skilled caregivers and the experienced RN owner - everyone was responsive, personable, and worked with our family to create a tailored plan that gave us real peace of mind. They handled routine and end-of-life needs with kindness and professionalism, and their schedule-friendly, no-contract approach was helpful. Very satisfied overall - one small communication hiccup kept it from being perfect; I would definitely recommend them.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: The reviews coherently portray R & R Home Health Care as a small, owner-driven in-home care agency with a strong emphasis on compassion, caregiver warmth, and hands-on clinical leadership. Reviewers emphasize kind, gentle, and competent direct-care staff and highlight the owner’s clinical background as an experienced RN. The dominant themes are caregiver empathy, family collaboration, and a high degree of responsiveness from the office.

Caregiver quality: Caregivers are described consistently as compassionate, personable, and clinically capable (CNAs and other trained staff). Multiple comments point to gentle bedside manner, attentiveness during shifts, and competence in delivering personal-care and comfort-focused services, including end-of-life support. The presence of an RN owner is cited as a contributor to clinical oversight and confidence in care quality.

Communication and reliability: The agency is portrayed as responsive and easy to reach, with quick replies and the ability to arrange urgent or short-notice care. Review language indicates a family-centered approach and willingness to work with families on individualized plans. At the same time, publicly available review content rarely details operational policies such as backup staffing protocols or shift continuity, so prospective clients may want to confirm these specifics directly with the agency.

Scheduling and availability: Reviews highlight scheduling flexibility, urgent availability, and a willingness to accommodate family needs, including end-of-life scheduling. The “no contract” note suggests flexibility in commitment. However, there is limited explicit information about long-term continuity (regular caregiver assignments, turnover rates) or coverage during weekends, holidays, and extended absences; these are operational areas to clarify during intake.

Value and billing: Perceived value is strong in the reviews, with multiple comments characterizing care as a good value and a source of peace of mind. Reviews do not, however, provide detailed information about billing structure, cancellation policies, or how hour tracking is handled. Families should request written estimates and billing policies to assess transparency and match them to budget expectations.

Management and notable patterns: Hands-on owner involvement and RN leadership are recurring positives that appear to shape a clinical, family-focused culture. The agency’s strengths, as presented in reviews, are interpersonal — warmth, compassion, and responsiveness — rather than documentation of broad clinical specialties. For prospective clients with complex medical needs or large-scale service requirements, it is advisable to verify clinical capabilities, staff training records, insurance and licensing, and formal backup plans.

Bottom line: Reviews suggest R & R Home Health Care provides warm, attentive, and clinically aware in-home support with strong owner oversight and flexible, family-oriented service. Before contracting, families should confirm operational details that are not well documented in reviews: billing practices, staffing continuity and backups, geographic coverage, and the agency’s capacity for higher-acuity clinical needs.
