    Compassionate professional dependable coordinated care

I've used this agency and overall I'm very pleased. Caregivers are compassionate, professional and dependable-Nicole was especially attentive. The agency is organized, communicates promptly, coordinates meds/appointments, and offers flexible scheduling and household support. I trust them and would recommend them, though there's minor room for improvement.

    Summary of reviews

Overall impression: Reviews portray Visiting Care Home Care as a largely well-run in-home senior care agency with consistently positive feedback about caregiver quality, organization, and communication. Most comments emphasize compassionate, respectful, and dignified interactions between caregivers and clients, and families frequently describe a strong personal connection and confidence in the caregiving team.

Caregiver quality: Caregivers are repeatedly described as compassionate, attentive, patient, and safety-focused. Several reviewers highlighted individual caregivers by name for their professionalism and compassionate approach, and families reported trusting relationships and dignity-preserving care. The agency also appears to emphasize neatness and high standards in how caregivers present themselves and in their in-home practices.

Communication and reliability: Reviewers commonly note responsive, proactive, and timely communication from the office and care staff. Many families praised dependable shift coverage and reliable communication channels, characterizing the agency as a trusted partner that follows up on concerns. That said, a small number of comments referenced isolated instances of unprofessional or discourteous interactions, which suggests occasional variability in staff conduct; prospective clients may want to confirm caregiver fit during initial visits.

Scheduling and services: The agency is described as flexible with scheduling and willing to coordinate appointments, medication management, grocery and household support, and other supplemental services. Families appreciated the ability to tailor support and the agency’s willingness to accommodate changing needs. This flexibility, combined with proactive coordination, appears to be a recurring strength.

Value and management: Multiple reviews reference an organized, professional office environment and clean, well-prepared caregiver workspaces. Reviewers also mentioned affordability for out-of-pocket payers and a productive, high-standard approach to care delivery. The management style comes across as detail-oriented, with emphasis on timely responses and organized care plans.

Notable patterns and caveats: The dominant pattern is positive — consistent praise for compassion, professionalism, and communication. The primary area for attention is occasional variability in caregiver professionalism or service delivery; a few reviewers used terms like "unprofessional" or "rude," indicating that isolated conduct issues have occurred. These appear to be exceptions rather than the norm based on the broader comment set, but they merit consideration during intake: families should ask about caregiver matching, supervision, and escalation procedures and arrange an initial meeting to assess fit.
