    Dependable caring aides, responsive office

I've used this agency long-term and have been very pleased. The aides are excellent-caring, pleasant, and genuinely engaged with my mother. The office is responsive, helpful, and flexible with scheduling; overall very dependable and I highly recommend them.

    Summary of reviews

Reviews of Unlimited Care, Inc. present a mixed pattern: several families describe positive, long-standing relationships with specific aides and praise individual caregivers for being caring, pleasant, and engaged, while an overlapping set of accounts highlights recurring operational weaknesses that affected service consistency.

Caregiver quality appears uneven. Many reviewers say select aides performed well — showing warmth, competence in personal care tasks, and skillful engagement with clients — and some clients developed long-term, trusted relationships. At the same time, reviewers frequently described inadequate training and supervision, with aides who lacked expected competencies, behaved unprofessionally on some shifts, or did not follow care guidelines. There are also repeated comments about inconsistent meal-preparation skills among aides.

Office communication and management practices are another area of concern. Families noted instances of helpful, responsive office staff, but also a pattern of coordinator unresponsiveness, slow or ineffective complaint handling, and generally disorganized administrative processes. These management weaknesses appear to contribute to other problems such as inconsistent assignments and poor follow-up after issues are raised.

Reliability and scheduling were prominent negative themes. Reviews cite frequent no-shows, chronic lateness, and extended periods without aide coverage, including weekend gaps that required family members to fill in. While the agency can be flexible and provide placement options, scheduling has been described as inconsistent, and some clients were expected to accommodate scheduling demands rather than receiving predictable, client-centered hours.

Value and integrity issues were raised in a few strongly worded accounts. Beyond service reliability, there are concerns about timesheet practices and at least one allegation of household-property incidents; these are serious operational flags that families will want clarified with the agency prior to engagement. Overall, when a competent, reliable aide is assigned the experience can be positive, but the broader pattern of staffing instability, training shortfalls, and inconsistent office responsiveness reduces predictability and increases the administrative burden on families.

Prospective clients should weigh the possibility of a very good match with an individual caregiver against the higher likelihood of coverage interruptions and variable management responsiveness. Asking the agency about current staffing stability, supervision and training protocols, backup coverage plans, and how they investigate integrity concerns will help clarify whether Unlimited Care can meet a household's needs consistently.
