Square Peg Therapies

    Skilled compassionate in-home therapy team

I've used their in-home services for my child and been impressed by skilled, patient therapists (Skylar and Josslyn stood out) who deliver individualized, child-centered, creative therapy that improved our family communication. Leadership, administration and a top-notch front office (Eleni) coordinate care well and are transparent about billing; the team is compassionate, adaptable and trustworthy for long-term support. I highly recommend them-excellent local service with just minor room for improvement.

    Summary of reviews

Across the supplied reviews, families consistently highlight the clinical quality of care as the agency’s central strength. Reviewers describe therapists as skilled, empathetic, patient, and adaptable, and they emphasize individualized, child-centered treatment plans. Multiple comments reference effective interdisciplinary coordination (speech, occupational, behavioral therapies) and creative, engaging activities tied to client interests, which suggests strong clinical training and an emphasis on functional, family-centered goals.

Office operations and client communication are another recurring positive. Reviews name responsive front-office staff and transparent billing as distinct advantages; one or more mentions of billing staff by name and of insurance advocacy indicate an administrative team that helps families navigate payments and claims. Communication between clinicians and families is described as strong — reviewers note warm, respectful interactions and actionable feedback that supports in-home implementation of therapy strategies.

Reliability and continuity of care emerge as favorable patterns. Low staff turnover is explicitly noted and several comments describe long-term trusting relationships with clinicians, which supports continuity of care. Because the service model is in-home and coordinated across disciplines, reviewers imply reasonable scheduling flexibility; however, there are few explicit comments about last-minute scheduling or missed-shift handling, so prospective clients should confirm those operational details during intake.

Value and management impressions are generally positive. Families frame the service as high-quality and recommend it for children with developmental needs; reviewers also call out a locally owned, non-private-equity structure and engaged leadership, which they link to a supportive company culture. Billing is described as transparent and staff are perceived as helpful when dealing with insurance, which supports perceived value.

Notable patterns to consider: the reviews focus predominantly on pediatric and ASD-related in-home therapies (SLP, OT, behavior therapy). If you are seeking traditional senior-care services, these reviews may not reflect experience with geriatric care models; verify service scope before proceeding. The agency’s local, smaller scale and apparent reliance on specific clinicians are strengths for continuity but could imply limited geographic coverage or capacity constraints for new clients. Overall, the balance of comments portrays a clinically strong, family-oriented provider with reliable administrative support; prospective clients should confirm service area, clinician availability, and scheduling practices during the referral process.
