    I'm very pleased with the compassionate, professional care my family received from Optimal. Charlene and RN Julie were especially kind and knowledgeable; caregivers provided skilled PT and wound care, daily blood sugar/vital updates, clear explanations, and proactive suggestions that eased our stress.
